Free education in India
The ULFA is getting support from Pakistan’s ISI. The government of India is ready to resume talks with ULFA only if it would break its link with ISI. These are the words of the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said in the meeting with a 12-party delegation from Assam. He showed India’s concern over ULFA’s growing link with ISI. Earlier, Prafulla Mahanta-led delegation met PM and urged to re-start ‘categorical’ talks with Ulfa. PM was in the mood to say this in straight words and he did that. He said that ULFA was playing in the hands of ISI and this is the only cause the peace efforts going in vain.
