Make Architects designed the new front facade for the old M&S Headquarters in Baker Street UK near Madame Tussauds museum.
55 Baker is now mixed-use office, retail, and residential space. Three glass curtains fill the space between the 1950's era buildings, expressing a modern transformation of function, but also the solar gain strategy for passive heating. The goal is machine-like efficiency together with historic landmark objects.
