there probably won't be a showdown between Kevin Federline's current gal, volleyball player Victoria Prince, and his more famous ex, Britney Spears.

Federline is currently on tour with Spears, supposedly looking after the former couple's young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, but if Prince is worried about Spears attempting an on-the-road reunion with her ex, she isn't letting on to Radar Online.

"Sure, it's hard being apart but I don't feel threatened by Britney," the 26-year-old blonde looker asserts. "I'm a confident woman too!"

Prince, who grew close to Sean and Jayden during a Northern California getaway with Federline in January, adds that she understands the importance of Federline and Spears cooperating in their children's sake. "I think it's great that Kevin and Britney are working together for their sons," Prince, who's currently residing alone in Federline's Tarzana, California, home while he's away, notes. "Everything is good between us and everybody is trying to make the best of the situation. At the end of the day, the boys' needs are being met with this arrangement."

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Manny Ramirez $41 Million Deal

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Manny Ramirez might have won two World Series rings and possibly paved his way to the Hall of Fame during his 7½ years in Boston, but Thursday he said he was miserable living in Red Sox Nation.

"Hey, sometimes you're better off to have a two-year deal in a place you're going to be happy," Ramirez said, "than to have an eight-year deal in a place you're going to suffer."

Ramirez, hoping to obtain at least a four-year contract, settled for a two-year, $45 million deal with the Dodgers. The figure represents a raise on the $40 million that remained on the two option years of his original Red Sox deal.

He will be paid $25 million this season with a $20 million player option in 2010, but considering $25 million of the deal is deferred with no interest, the total package is worth about $41 million, the Dodgers say.
