SGM Architect & Associates designed the Toritsu-Daigaku Cooperative House at the Metropolitan University Koporatibuhausu, completed in 2008. The exterior is sensitive to the pedestrian paths, with the structure cantilevered over the front plaza. This light and open space continues inside with wide minimalist walls and gaping connections between different rooms.
