The skin reacts to the sunlight needs of the occupants, admitting more or less sunlight as required for the interior functions. Mechanical systems and motion-based technologies also bring a much greater control to the occupant for what the environment is. Flexible materials and new mechanical products brings the building to life in a way never before seen.

There's something to be said for openable windows and overhead fans, which for some reason are absent from most buildings today, much less all of this!
