The Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel is the tallest building on the west coast waterfront, at 497 ft. The hotel was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP and opened in 1992. The smaller Seaport Tower opened in 2003, with a roof-top pool connecting the towers.
The great views on the top 40th floor can be seen from a bar that many consider the best spot in town. The rooftop lounge opened in 2008.
